Defendant is punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months and by a second order of 2018, first order of 3793, second order of 2018, second order of 3794.

Punishment of the crime

On August 4, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Eastern District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on August 12, 2016, and on January 10, 2017, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence at the Mapo Prison.

On December 29, 2017, the Defendant reported the victim’s wishes to purchase the Hyde, posted by the victim I on the Internet HH car page, and told the victim to contact with the above victim, “The 50,000 won will be delivered as if the deposit is confirmed on the face of the note.”

However, in fact, the defendant did not hold a post, and even if he received the payment from the injured party, he did not have the intention or ability to deliver the post to the injured party.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 50,00 from the victim to the K bank account under the name of the JJ in the same day and received KRW 50,00 from around 116 to July 25, 2018, by receiving KRW 20,080,40 in total as the price of goods from 74 victims, such as the daily list of crimes, from around 116 times.

On April 14, 2017, the Defendant reported to the effect that “Around April 14, 2017, the Defendant wishes to purchase the victim F’s “LL gift certificates” at the Internet Kafin-ro, Seoul, and sold merchandise coupons by contact with the victim.

A false statement was made.

However, in fact, the defendant did not hold LL merchandise coupons and did not have the intent or ability to sell merchandise coupons to the victim in mind that he would consume the money received from the injured party due to living expenses, etc.

Defendant deceiving the victim as above and acquired KRW 610,000 in total from the K bank account (N) of pro-Ma for the same day from the victim as the purchase price of gift certificates on the same day by transferring KRW 1,225,000 to his O safe account (P).
