1. The Defendant indicated in the attached Form 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 7 among the land size of 423 square meters in Namyang-si, Namyang-si.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On March 10, 2014, between D and E, the Plaintiff entered into a sales contract with respect to F.256 square meters in Nam-si, Namyang-si, where D and E shareed with 1/2 shares, and on April 23, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a sales contract with respect to each of the said shares in the name of the Plaintiff.

B. On April 28, 2014, the Plaintiff concluded a sales contract with regard to the purchase price of KRW 40,00,000 for the portion on the ship (hereinafter “instant land”) 50 square meters in sequence of the marks in the attached Form No. 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 14, and 7 among the land adjacent to the said land, D and E, in share of 1/2 of each of the said land, and paid all the said purchase price to D and E on the same day.

C. On December 31, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a mortgage agreement with the Plaintiff, the maximum debt amount of KRW 40,000,000, and the debtor D with respect to land C, and completed the establishment registration of a collateral security agreement with the same content on the same day.

The Defendant entered into a sales contract between D and E on April 26, 2016, setting forth KRW 1,480,00,000 for the purchase price of the instant land as KRW 1,480,00, and made the instant land used by the F owner.

"The content was agreed," and D and E paid 1,243,00,000 won as the down payment on the same day, and 1,243,000,000 won as the remainder on May 13, 2016, respectively, and completed the registration of ownership transfer in the name of the defendant on the same day.

In addition, in order to raise the balance on the same day, the Defendant obtained a loan from the G Cooperatives, and completed the registration of establishment of a neighboring mortgage (hereinafter “the registration of establishment of a neighboring mortgage”) at the Namyang-gu District Court on May 13, 2016, No. 47299, the Namyang-gu District Court, the Namyang-gu District Court, the registry of registry of the Republic of Korea, for the said land.

The total sum of full-time payments of the purchase price of KRW 40,000,000, the full-time payment of the down payment of KRW 40,000,000 is paid at the time of the contract, and the first installment payment of KRW 20.
