The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On July 18, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 20:35, at the time of 20:35, 2019, the victim B (the male and the 43-year old age) gets a tobacco while smoking on the bicycle side of the Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 28 Manam-ro, and took a blue to report the form of riding a bicycle; (b) the victim was blue with the victim when she was blue and blue with the victim when she was blue.

2. Determination

(a) Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act;

(b) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act.

C. On May 29, 2020, the victim appeared in this court on May 29, 2020 and expressed his/her intention not to punish the defendant, thus dismissing the prosecution in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
