The grounds of appeal are examined.

According to the records, the defendants asserted the misunderstanding of facts, along with the wrongful argument in sentencing, in the statement of reasons for appeal, and the court below did not render any judgment as to the misunderstanding of facts without clearly withdrawing such assertion at the trial date of the court below.

However, in light of the evidence duly adopted by the first instance court, the facts charged in the instant case are found guilty, and there was no error by misapprehending the legal principles on the acquisition of stolen goods without failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations, and such omission by the lower court does not affect the conclusion of the judgment.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
