The Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.180% in blood, driven a b-car car from a section of approximately 300 meters from the 14th to the 2nd day of the Dong-dong MKtel parking lot in Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si on September 14, 2016.
