Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 80,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 13, 2014, the Defendant damaged the honor of the victim by openly pointing out false facts through sound, in the place where the victim C was a resident, such as E, etc., where he/she had no fact that the victim C was the representative of the occupant of D apartment and embezzled management expenses.
