A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall take in or inhale hallucinogenic substances which cause entertainment, hallucination or anesthesia.

Nevertheless, at around 01:20 on May 20, 2019, the Defendant classified the entrances of a portable butane fuel tank containing hallucinogenic gas into fingers in the sperm located in Gwangju Mine-ro 118, 67-10, elbing children's park, and inhaled butane gas by means of drinking off the bane gas.
