Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 25,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives B's low-income motor vehicle.

On February 18, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car at a speed of 72 km per hour on the road located in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, a speed of 60 km on a speed of 16:58, and operated the said car at a speed of more than 12 km.
