Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a space between the victim C and the victim from around 2008 to around 2014.

1. On March 2014, the Defendant, in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (hereinafter “Special Cases”), taken a photograph of the victim’s back condition with the cell phone camera of the Defendant, where the victim C (n's, 38 years old), 201, and 624, of the D apartment 201, Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si, and

3. No person who violates the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. shall repeatedly send any codes, text, sound, image, or picture that arouses fear or apprehension to any other person.

Nevertheless, on July 16, 2014, the Defendant sent text messages, using the Defendant’s mobile phone at the Defendant’s residence located in Gunsan-si E, to the said victim’s mobile phone, and had repeatedly sent text messages, from November 14, 2014, creating uneasiness over 23 times in total, as shown in the list of crimes committed in the attached Table, from that time.
