A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

1. Around March 26, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driven the said rocketing car without obtaining a driver’s license from around 2.5 km to the front road of the new apartment in the 19-lane, Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, at around 17:30 on the same day from the construction site of the new housing located in the Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government Housing, and around 17:30 on the same day.

2. On March 26, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (hereinafter “Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents”) was driving a rocketing car around 17:30 on March 26, 2016 and changed the lane while opening the four-lane road in front of the new apartment in the 19-lane, Guro-gu, Seoul, at a high level of ICT and driving at a higher level.

There is a duty of care to reduce speed and to properly manipulate the brakes and steering gear in order to prevent accidents in advance, since the vehicles coming from the IC high-priced road combine with the vehicles moving from the direction of the error station to the vehicles moving in the direction of the high-priced road. Therefore, the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to reduce speed and properly manipulate the brakes and steering gear.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to perform the above duty of care and changed the lane into three-lanes as it is, with the negligence of changing the two-lanes of the above rocketing passenger car into the right-hand part of the above rocketing passenger car, received the front part of the victim C(36 years old) driving car, which opened the road at the right-hand part of the above rocketing passenger car from the calendar to the high-priced one.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury, such as light and fluoral salt, which requires treatment for about 10 days by occupational negligence as above, to the victim.

3. Counterfeiting a private signature and exercising a signature on the said investigation.

A. On March 26, 2016, the Defendant committed a traffic accident on March 26, 2016, when driving without obtaining a license at the Seoul police station’s office around March 26, 2016, to the police.
