A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 28, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 00:48 on May 28, 2014, the Daejeon Seo-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City D Building 404, called “the victim J(24 years of age)” by posting a telephone to the victim J(24 years of age).

Accordingly, the defendant is a communication medium with a view to inducing or satisfying his or another person's sexual desire.
