The defendant and the victim B(n, 67 years old) have a relationship with the former.

At around 14:00 on January 2, 2020, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s face and chest with her hand in front of the second floor in the room where the victim was in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu and the second floor, referring to the victim’s 's breath defect', and both hand, and forced the victim to her face and chest within the second floor.
