The defendant is a person who drives an electric scoo in accordance with 800W.

On November 9, 2016, the Defendant driven an electric scooter at approximately 500 meters from the roads near the new forest basin in the south-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul, to the roads 1545 in the south-west circulation of the same Gu, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.089% among the blood transfusion around 00:10 on November 9, 2016.
