Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. B, which is the installer of safety devices for bus for transporting children, obtained 30,000 won per case from Defendant A who is the installer of safety devices for bus for transporting children, or entered false pipes on the condition that he would bear the color expenses of the bus for transporting children, instead of receiving them, and promised to transmit them to the Korea Traffic Safety Authority.

A, as above, in collusion with B, Defendant A, as a safety device, installed a light light, an automatic transmission machine, and an automatic message on the bus for transporting children from children of the Dogland owned by Defendant A to B, and then sent the pipe bargaining approval number and the contents of the pipe mining work to B. B, on September 5, 2016, based on the “F office computer” in the Namyang-si, Namyang-si, the operator’s portal using one’s ID and the identification number of an authorized certificate number, and then, as if the above D was put into work from “F”, entered the contents of the pipe mining completion into [vehicle information: D], [F], [Attachment], [Attachment], [Attachment], and [Attachment], it is not possible to transmit it to the victim of the Republic of Korea, the victim of the instant bus, and the victim of the instant bus to pass the inspection.”

2. H promised to transmit to the Korea Traffic Safety Authority a motor vehicle to the Korea Traffic Safety Authority on the condition that Defendant A, who is the installer of safety devices for motor vehicles for transporting children, receive the color costs of motor vehicles for transporting children employed by him/her.
