Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a adult product store in the name of “D” at the window C of Changwon-si.

A person operating an amusement business affecting the public morals shall not display obscene materials for the purpose of selling them, however, the Defendant displayed them from around 20:30 on August 29, 2012 to around 15:35, on September 18, 2012, for the purpose of selling the maternal scriptive flag, which is obscene materials, within the aforementioned “D” delivery store.
