A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Doing Vehicle) is a person engaged in driving CM7 automobiles.

On October 29, 2013, the Defendant driven the above car at around 22:10, and proceeded with a shooting distance prior to the center for human resources development in front of the center for women's resources development, which is in the management of the dwarfe-Eup of Gyeongdong-dong, from large forests, to the water source from large forests.

At the time, there are nights, and there are two-lanes in two roads, where the passage of residents is frequent, and thus, there are duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by safely driving the vehicle, such as reducing the speed, and accurately operating the steering gear.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and neglected to stop the said road to the right side from the left side of the Defendant’s running direction, and did not immediately stop the said road and take measures such as aiding the victim, and caused the victim to die from the F Hospital located in Nam-gu, Daegu Metropolitan City on October 30, 2013.

2. Around 21:00 on October 29, 2013, the Defendant driven CM7 car without obtaining a driver’s license from the Do in front of the Taecheon-gun, Pacific-gun, Do in the same Eup/Myeon, via the Taecheon-dong forest apartment in the same Ri, and driving CM7 car without obtaining a driver’s license from the 70km section from the Do in front of the Taecheon-gun, Pacific-gun, Pacific-gun, the same day until the Do in the same Eup/Myeon-dong forest apartment in the same Ri, at around 23:30 meters.

3. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act without purchasing a mandatory insurance policy for automobiles at the time and place specified in paragraph (2).

4. Any person who has violated the Automobile Management Act shall take over any registered automobile;
