A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On March 28, 2013, the Defendant sent to the head of the above apartment management office of Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, a letter stating that “D has the quality of a dynasium. D is a mentally ill person.”

Accordingly, the defendant has damaged the reputation of the victim by openly pointing out facts or false facts.
