Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On August 21, 2013, Defendant A was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for an injury in the Military Branch of the Jeonju District Court for the crime of injury and completed the execution of the sentence in the Military Prison on July 10, 2014.
【Criminal Facts】
The Defendants arranged for sexual traffic to E (W, 13 years old), F (17 years old) in order to use it as a business fund in exchange for the payment of the sexual traffic in full from E, F, and to color the men who engage in sexual traffic through smartphone hosting, thereby moving EF into a vehicle to the place of sexual traffic, and to receive the sexual traffic payment from E and F.
1. From July 18, 2014 to July 23, 2014, the Defendants solicited E to engage in sexual traffic by stating to the effect that “the Dog apartment 3 and 505 of the Dosan-si (hereinafter “the Doctrine to buy money with a certain condition”) and solicited E to engage in sexual traffic, and arranged to receive 10,000 won a total of 13 times a day from July 18, 2014 to July 23, 2014 on the condition that E receive 10,000 won a day from the purchase of sex, and then, the Defendants received 30,000 won a sexual traffic under the condition that E receive 10,000 won a total of 13 times a day from the purchase of sex and arrange for the purchase of sex, and that E receive 30,000 won a sexual traffic.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to act as a business to arrange the purchase of child or juvenile sex, and at the same time act as mediating the purchase of sex to the child.
2. The Defendants, around July 20, 2014, recommended F to engage in sexual traffic with the expression “F to the effect that “any money is paid in excess of the conditions” in the G apartment 3 505 Dong-si, Kunsan-si, Kunsan-si, and F to assist in our business.”
