A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On August 9, 2002, the Defendant was sentenced to 15 years of imprisonment with prison labor for robbery at the Ulsan District Court, and was released from a smuggling detention house on October 28, 2016 during the execution of the sentence, and the parole period was completed on March 22, 2017.

On June 26, 2017, the Defendant came to know of the victim D (the age of 26) who is a married woman through smartphoneing apps (the age of 26) at the influence area of Busan (hereinafter referred to as Busan) around Busan around October 26, 2017, and thought the victim to directly take the horse from the victim's home and directly take the victim from the victim's home on October 26 of the same year.

1. On October 27, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened a door to the victim before the house of the said victim on the first floor located in the shipping Daegu E in Busan, Daegu, Busan, on October 27, 2017.

However, it was destroyed by removing a 100,000 won (5cm X length 15cm wide) at the victim's market price, which was attached to the entrance door, by both hand outside of the opening of the entrance, the victim's fluent victim, who was fright, was not in the opening of the entrance.

As above, the Defendant invaded upon the victim’s residence and carried a knife, which is a dangerous object, and threatened the victim with a knife to the life and body of the victim in pregnancy.
