1. The plaintiff H’s lawsuit is dismissed.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On June 21, 2017, J filed a construction report with the Defendant on June 21, 201, to newly build Dong and plant-related facilities of the total floor area of 544.68 square meters in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun (hereinafter “Kri”) L 1,824 square meters (hereinafter “instant J site”) as shown in paragraph (1) of the attached Table, and the Defendant received the said construction report on the 28th of the same month (hereinafter “instant building report acceptance disposition with respect to the instant J”).

B. The Defendant issued to the J a certificate of report on the installation of livestock excreta discharge facilities (hereinafter “the report on the installation of livestock excreta discharge facilities of the J”) to the J having completed the report on the installation of livestock excreta discharge facilities with the purport that livestock excreta discharge facilities are raised in a size of 448 square meters in the site scheduled for livestock pens in the instant J.

C. On August 10, 2017, I reported to the Defendant on August 10, 2017, that I will newly construct a facility related to the same and plant of 352 square meters in total area of 1,140 square meters in M 1,140 square meters as shown in attached Table 2, and the Defendant reviewed the same year.

9.6. Acceptance of this case’s report(hereinafter “instant report acceptance disposition”) and the instant report acceptance disposition with respect to the instant J as well as the instant report acceptance disposition. D.

After that, on November 23, 2017, the Defendant issued a certificate of report on the installation of livestock excreta discharge facilities (hereinafter “report on the installation of livestock excreta discharge facilities of this case”) to the I on November 23, 2017 that livestock excreta discharge facilities (hereinafter “report on the installation of livestock excreta discharge facilities of this case”) with the content that livestock excreta shall be deemed as “the expected site for livestock pens” and that livestock excreta discharge facilities shall be raised in a size of 448 square meters in each of the instant sites for livestock pens in combination with the instant site for livestock pens.

E. The Plaintiffs are residents living in the vicinity or vicinity of each of the instant livestock pens sites.

F. On February 22, 2018, Plaintiff A is each of the instant cases to the Ulsan Metropolitan City Administrative Appeals Commission.
