A. The Plaintiff is a corporation whose purpose is to provide metal structure construction business, building equipment construction business, etc., and the Defendant is a corporation that engages in construction business, civil engineering construction business, etc.
B. From the end of 2010 to the beginning of 2014, the Plaintiff was awarded a contract with the Defendant for a set of KRW 4,143,962,00 for each construction work (a total of KRW 4,143,962,00) and received construction cost of KRW 4,189,720,000.

2.
