Punishment of the crime

1. On January 4, 2014, at around 23:10, G, the Defendant, along with G, took a 10,00 won in cash and 10,000 won in cash from the victim D, and 45 years in front of the Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, 224-dong, and D (n, 45 years of age).
