A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

피고인은 2018. 9. 23. 01:35경 포천시 B에 있는 C 노래장에서 음주소란 행위로 통고처분을 받은 것에 대한 항의 목적으로 112신고를 하여 현장에 출동한 포천경찰서 D지구대 소속 경장 피해자 E로부터 다시 경범죄처벌법위반(장난전화)으로 통고처분을 받게 되자 화가 나서 위 노래장 업주 등이 지켜보는 가운데 피해자에게 “이 시발 새끼야 나를 구속시켜라, 잡아가라.”라고 욕설을 하고, 피해자 E이 다시 경범죄처벌법위반(쓰레기등투기)으로 통고처분을 하였다는 이유로 “씨발놈아, 너 콱 죽여버린다.”라고 욕설을 하면서 E의 손을 쳐 휴대용 프린터기를 바닥에 떨어뜨리게 하고 주먹을 위로 치켜들어 때릴 것처럼 위협하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant openly insultingd the victim, and interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.
