The defendant's KRW 31,900,000 and its interest to the plaintiff shall be 6% per annum from August 24, 2019 to September 10, 2020.

1. The Plaintiff requested the Defendant to install cargo lifts at the construction site located D in ethic City D, and set the amount of 31,900,000 won for the installation of the lifts with the Defendant (including value-added tax).

The Plaintiff completed the installation of the above cargo set, and issued all tax invoices of an amount equivalent to KRW 31,90,000 on August 6, 2019 and on two occasions on August 23, 2019 to the Defendant, but the Defendant did not pay the cost of the set.

Accordingly, the Plaintiff seeks payment of KRW 31,900,000 and damages for delay after the issuance of the final tax invoice to the Defendant.
