1. The plaintiff is the administrator B of the defendant rehabilitation company SD Construction Corporation, ED Construction.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff: (a) purchased and sold the instant apartment on April 17, 2008, and completed the registration of ownership transfer for the instant apartment on June 29, 2010 on the ground that it was sold in lots on April 17, 2008, and completed the instant apartment on June 29, 2010, by Edi Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Edi Construction”), the administrator of Edidi Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Edi Construction”).

B. The Defendant Housing Guarantee Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Housing Guarantee Co., Ltd.”) entered into a warranty contract on April 30, 2010 with respect to the foregoing D apartment units on April 30, 2010, and issued each of the following warranty contracts in the year, year, year, year, year, year, 3, year, 5, and year 10 as indicated below.

The terms and conditions of the warranty bond and the warranty bond include the guarantee creditor as the council of occupants' representatives.

The summary of the cause of the claim was sold in lots by the Plaintiff, who was executed and sold by the Defendant Company more (hereinafter “Defendant more”) and the apartment constructed by the Defendant Rehabilitation Company B, the administrator of the Defendant Rehabilitation Company B, Edi Construction Company B (hereinafter “Defendant Edi Construction”).

However, the apartment was constructed differently from the design drawing, and there was a defect in the constructed part, but it is normal defect repair.
