1. The facts alleged by the Plaintiff as the cause of the instant claim do not conflict between the parties, or can be acknowledged by adding the whole purport of the pleadings to the entries in Gap evidence No. 1.

(2) According to the above facts, the Co., Ltd. is disputing the Plaintiff’s claim, service by public notice for Defendant D Co., Ltd., and confession for the remaining Defendants). 2. According to the above facts, the O Co., Ltd. is entitled to claim the payment of deposit amount of KRW 44,469,400 deposited with the Suwon District Court Ansan Branch No. 1176 on April 22, 2014.

3. The plaintiff's claim is justified, and the costs of lawsuit are assessed against each party. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
