A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On December 8, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor or one year of suspended execution with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Suwon District Court on December 8, 2016, and on June 15, 2017, on June 27, 2017, the said suspended execution becomes void upon the final judgment, and on May 2, 2018, the said suspended execution was completed. On May 19, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Suwon District Court for larceny and completed the execution of the said sentence at the Suwon District Court on October 11, 2018.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On November 22, 2018, at around 03:59, the Defendant: (a) opened a door on the part of the victim C, who was parked at the front of Osan City B, and opened a door on the part of the driver’s seat that was not corrected; and (b) did not commit attempted crimes with the wind that does not contain stolen objects.

2. At around 04:00 on November 22, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a door to the G Trop car, the victim F owned by the victim, parked at the front of the city of Australia, without correction; (b) opened a door to the direction of the driver’s seat; and colors the stolen object into the vehicle; but (c) did not have any stolen object but did not commit an attempted crime.

On December 8, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor or one year of suspended execution with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Suwon District Court on December 8, 2016, and on June 15, 2017, the same court was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. on June 27, 2017, which became final and conclusive on June 27, 2017, and the suspended execution was terminated on May 2, 2018. On July 19, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Suwon District Court for larceny and completed the execution of the sentence at the Suwon Detention House on October 11, 2018.

At around 23:30 on February 1, 2019, the Defendant cited 450,000 won in cash and 70,000 won in cash, and 2 credit cards, which the victim J set up in the “I” located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
