Punishment of the crime

On 03. 06. 23:20 around 23:20, the Defendant driven a B-to-purd motor vehicle at the 180 Samsung Electronic Port from the 1km section to the front road, under the influence of alcohol level of 0.074% (referred to as a drinking measuring instrument) during blood alcohol level from the 1km section from the 1k section to the 180 Samsung Electronic Port from the 17 March 201.
