B. The date of the adjudication of expropriation by the Central Land Expropriation Committee (1) on May 22, 2014: 1) the expropriation date of 130 weeks of probial tree D located in Gwangju Mine-gu (hereinafter “instant obstacles”) owned by the Plaintiff, and the Plaintiff’s livestock farming business operated in Gwangju Mine-gu E and F on the ground (12 2 , 19 , 700 , 700 , 700 , 700 , 700 , 250 , 30 , 30 , 250 , 30 : 4 July 15, 2014) the expropriation date of the instant livestock business (hereinafter “the instant livestock business”): The amount of compensation for the instant obstacles shall be calculated by taking an arithmetic mean of 2 appraisal business operators for the adjudication of expropriation as 4,90,000 , 300 , 200 , 306 , 200 , 306 .

On October 23, 2014, the date of adjudication by the Central Land Expropriation Committee (1) on an objection: The Plaintiff’s claim for compensation for the closure of the livestock industry in this case is dismissed on the ground that “it is possible to move to a neighboring area for livestock industry” and the Plaintiff’s claim for compensation for suspension of work in this case shall be dismissed on the ground that the claim for increase of the obstacles in this case and the claim for increase of compensation for suspension of work in the livestock industry in
D. The Defendant deposited KRW 237,500,000 (i.e., KRW 4,900,000) on July 10, 2014 when the Plaintiff refused to receive compensation following the instant decision on expropriation, and deposited KRW 232,60,000 (= KRW 4,900,000) with the deposited person as the Plaintiff.
