A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a MF7 car in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Exemplary Vehicle) and the Road Traffic Act (EM7 vehicle).

On September 17, 2015, the Defendant operated the said car at around 01:30, and changed the two-lanes to the two-lanes in front of the D station located in the wife population C from the G-si of Gwangju City to the G-si, in accordance with one-lanes, from the G-si to the G-si city, at the speed of about 60km, the Defendant had a duty of care to change the two-lanes in the direction at night and at the time when changing the lanes, the Defendant operated the direction, etc. to those engaged in driving service, and notified the change of course, and considered the traffic conditions before and after the driving.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as salt, tensions, etc. of the bones of wood, which requires medical treatment for about two weeks due to the above occupational negligence, and at the same time, the repair cost, such as exchange of 100 and 186 won, was destroyed to the extent that the above 112 won was damaged, and the victim escaped without taking measures, such as aiding the victims of defects in the 112 report.

On the day set forth in paragraph 1, the Defendant driven a SM7 vehicle as listed in paragraph 1 at a section of about 600 meters from the front of the road to the front of the DNA oil station located in C, which is located in the 2228 GS25 GS28 as the wife population at the time of the car without a driver’s license, from the front of the road.
