Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On February 15, 2013, the Defendant: (a) boarded C cab driven by the Victim B (Age 68) around 19:20 on February 15, 2013; and (b) caused damage to the victim’s inside and outside part of the body that require approximately two weeks of treatment to the victim when he stops after driving about about 50 meters in order to report the victim to the E Association located in Daegu Southern-gu E Association; and (c) caused damage to the victim’s inside and outside part of the body in need of treatment.
