1. Basic facts

A. 1) The Plaintiff is a company established for the purpose of manufacturing, selling, and acting as an agent of petroleum chemical products. The Plaintiff’s TracO/S team is engaged in the business of procuring petroleum chemical products, such as polys, in an external supplier, and selling them to domestic and overseas demand sources. 2) The Defendant is a company established for the purpose of land, marine and air transport business, and related service business, and the Defendant’s global business headquarters global business headquarters global team of the Defendant’s distribution headquarters (hereinafter “tracing one team”) is engaged in the business of procuring non-ferrous resources, such as alkinium, from an external supplier, and selling them to domestic and overseas demand points.
