1. Of the judgment of the first instance, the Plaintiff’s claim for selective addition in this court is against the Defendants.

1. Basic facts

A. The status of the parties and the parties to the case 1) J Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “J”).

(2) On December 31, 201, the Co-Defendant B (Representative), G (Representative Director), H (Business Group Head), K (Business Group Head), and I (Business Recruitment) of the first instance court served as J executives and employees. Defendant D’s children as above H, Defendant E’s children, Defendant F’s children as above I’s children, Defendant F’s children as well as Defendant F’s children, Defendant C’s children as above I’s children, and Defendant C as above G.

3) The Plaintiff is an investor who paid to J the investment of KRW 45 million on July 8, 201, KRW 45 million on July 15, 2011, KRW 30 million on July 15, 201, KRW 30 million on September 2, 2011, KRW 135 million on September 8, 2011, and KRW 100 million on the aggregate. (B) 22 executives and employees, including J and the representative director B, were indicted at the Seoul Central District Court in violation of the Act on the Regulation of Conducting Funds, the Door-to-Door Sales, Etc., and the Seoul Central District Court convicted the Plaintiff of the facts constituting the crime, such as fraud, violation of the Act on the Regulation of Conducting Fund-Raising, and the Door-to-Door Sales, etc., committed an act of deceiving the Plaintiff with no intent or ability to pay the principal and high-level investment profits in the appellate court on a short time, and convicted the Plaintiff of the total amount of money received from the victim or its employee.
