Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant AG Defendant AG Defendant is a person in charge of overall management, such as the operation of the AJ and the management of accounts and funds, while operating the AJ dispute resolution committee (hereinafter referred to as the “AJ”) which is a soil and construction enterprise specialized in AI facilities construction, etc. during Ansan-si.
