Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a B knife car.

No one shall cover a motor vehicle registration number plate or make it illegible, and no one shall operate such motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, on December 21, 2017, the Defendant parked the said car on the front road of the Defendant in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, and made it difficult to identify the registration number plate by placing the back number plate of the said car in white plastic board to avoid the crackdown on spirits by the unmanned traffic control camera installed near the Defendant.
