1. The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance is the same as the ground of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the following: (a) the statement of evidence No. 30 submitted by the plaintiff to this court and the fact-finding results with respect to the head of the Agian University Hospital Hospital; (b) the fact-finding results are insufficient to acknowledge that the injury or disease in this case occurred due to work or aggravation of the existing disease beyond the natural progress; and (c) there is no other evidence to acknowledge that there exists a proximate causal relation between the plaintiff's work and the injury or disease in this case; and (d) therefore, they are cited as it is in accordance with Article 8(2)

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is dismissed as it is without merit, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just in conclusion, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
