A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than four years and six months.

1. The counterpart crime against victims C;

(a) On February 2016, the indictment for the forgery of a private document in this part of the indictment shall be set forth in subparagraph 1;

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged one copy of a subcontract for construction works under the name of D Co., Ltd., a private document on rights and obligations.

(2) On January 2016, the Defendant used a computer in the offline room in the PC room located in Jeju-si, the Defendant “D”, “I New Apartment Construction Work (Additional Construction Work following a design change)” in the column in the name of the construction project, “I would like to make electricity, telecommunications, fire fighting, and lighting work during I apartment construction work” in the column in the subcontracted name, “I would like to make a week in the column in the construction site,” “I would like to make a week in the column in the construction site,” “I would like to make a KRW 316,00,000 in the column in the contract amount,” and “I would like to make a total apartment at the present site (I) in the column in the column in the name of the construction project.
