The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The sentence imposed by the lower court on the gist of the grounds of appeal is too unreasonable.

2. In light of the fact that the Defendant had been punished for multiple types of frauds, and the Defendant committed each of the instant crimes during the repeated crime period due to the frauds, the victims' damages reach KRW 200 million, the victims' damages have not been supported almost after the victims' damages have been recovered, and other various sentencing conditions specified in records and arguments, the sentence imposed by the lower court is too unreasonable.

3. Accordingly, the Defendant’s appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364(4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the appeal is groundless.
