A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a vehicle BM3 in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Risk Driving).

On March 11, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol of 0.147% during blood, and continued to drive the said car under the influence of alcohol of 0.147% on March 11, 2017, along with a four-lane road located at the 181.8km in the Sincheon-si, Acheon-si, Kimcheon-si, the road of 181.8km away from the Seoul bank to the Busan bank.

Ultimately, the Defendant, as seen above, driven a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of alcohol, and suffered from the cromatic fluoral cumum in need of a two-day medical treatment for the said C, and suffered from the victim E (V, 31 years old) who was on board the said K5 motor vehicle, about six-day medical treatment for the victim E (V, 1 year old) who was on board the said K5 motor vehicle, and suffered from the cromatic crypum in need of a two-day medical treatment for the same victim F (V, 1 year old).

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking) driven BM3 motor vehicles under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.147% at the section of about 200km from the front of the site of the construction of a new power plant at the Dong-si, Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si, Kimcheon-si to the point of 181.8km away from the site of the construction of a new power plant at the Dong-si, Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si, Kimcheon-do.
