Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 29, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 18:00, at the “D” restaurant of the victim C’s operation in Busan Jin-gu, Busan; (b) as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the food cost, he would normally pay the price, the Defendant ordered the victim to 1/1,000 food and received the food equivalent to the total amount of KRW 11,00,000 from the victim.
