Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below's determination that the charged facts of this case are guilty is just and acceptable, and contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors by misapprehending the legal principles as to the duty of care supervision of public bath business operators under the Public Health Control Act, or by misapprehending the legal principles as to the duty of care supervision.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
