Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, one hundred thousand won shall be the day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the representative director of the Busan Jin-gu, Busan, and the fourth floor.

A contractor of construction works shall subcontract the type of business corresponding to the details of construction works to a registered constructor.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while operating the above company, was awarded a contract for the construction of the F neighborhood living facilities in Busanjin-gu Ewon from the ordering person D, and subcontracted to G companies which did not register the construction business in Busan on May 1, 2018, for KRW 1,013,100,000 of the construction cost.
