A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the father and father of the victim C(n, 38 years of age).

1. On March 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a victim’s visit at the Defendant’s residence in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D 104 Dong 1802 on March 2, 2016; (b) asked the victim why he visited; and (c) asked the victim why he visited; and (d) the victim was fluored on the left chest of the victim, and (e) caused the victim to be fluor in a flu

2. On March 5, 2016, the Defendant left the victim’s face and head at the place of residence of the above Defendant, leaving the victim’s face and head from a drinking time, and was sprinked with the victim’s influence of the number of treatment days.

3. On May 7, 2016, the Defendant, at around 15:00, committed an internal censorship that requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment to the victim when he/she saw the victim's left eye on one occasion as a drinking with a view to selling and selling apartment in the above Defendant's residence.
