A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

At around 21:30 on September 20, 2012, the Defendant took a ceremony at “C” conference located in Mapo-gu Seoul, Mapo-gu, and came to have a horse dispute with respect to the business of the victim D (the age of 36) who is a back-to-date, and turned to the victim’s left arms by gathering a small-to-face on the table table.
