Punishment of the crime

On August 13, 2010, the Defendant became aware of the victim B in front of the Seo-gu Women's Center located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, and became aware of the victim B several times.

1. On August 19, 2010, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim B by stating that “The Defendant would have to pay money to the company, and would have to pay the full-time loan borrowed money in September of the same year.”
