Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person other than a pharmacy founder may sell drugs or acquire drugs for the purpose of sale.

Nevertheless, at around 20:40 on March 23, 2019, the Defendant purchased and kept one copy of the “Non-Agra” promotional system from his name-free customers at the “C” adult product shop operated by the Defendant on Bupyeong-si B and 1,000, the Defendant received KRW 10,000 from his name-free customers and sold Sagra 2.
