Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On May 12, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a special assault in Busan District Court for ten months and was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for two years on May 20, 2016.

On January 16, 2016, the Defendant demanded a police officer who was in charge of civil petition affairs at the 1st Busan Jin-gu Busan District Police Station, Busan District Police Station, to change the cost of a non-business taxi, but did not bring about it, and caused the original deposit, which is a thing used by a public office, to be sealed by hand, thereby impairing the utility of 120,000 won at the market price above.
