A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

On May 15, 2016, the Defendant, as a person who violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act at least twice, once again, driven the above cargo while under the influence of alcohol at least 0.10% in the 2km section from the lower parking lot located in the Sinan-dong, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, U.S., to the road located in the 1117 U.S., Dong-dong, Chungcheongnam-do, 2016.

[2016 Highest 115] On July 9, 2016, the Defendant driven the above cargo without obtaining a driver’s license from a section of about 1km from the roads in the Young-dong, Young-dong, Young-gu, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, U.S. to the front of the tax office in the above calculated Ri.
