1. The Defendant: (a) on October 2, 2010, the Plaintiff 152,454,424 won, Plaintiff B, and C respectively; and (b) on each of the said money.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The defendant is a school foundation that operates the original hospital at the college of the principal school of the household (hereinafter referred to as the "Defendant hospital"), and the plaintiff A is a person who received medical treatment at the defendant hospital, and the plaintiff B and C are children of the plaintiff.
B. The Plaintiff A’s medical treatment content 1) On October 1, 2010 (hereinafter “2010”), the Plaintiff omitted the indication of the year when it was about October 11, 2010.
(2) The Defendant hospital’s emergency room was 13:10 patched from the upper fat on the day and the upper fat, which began one week prior to the Defendant hospital’s emergency room. The Plaintiff was 36.4 degrees, blood pressure 117/74mhg, beer 110 times, and pulmonary 18 times at the time of internal source. 3) At around 17:30, the medical personnel of the Defendant Hospital transferred the Plaintiff A to an emergency room, and thereafter, the above Plaintiff’s blood pressure was reduced, and the 38.4 degrees continued to have been injected, and the anti-biotics were administered. 4) The Defendant Hospital’s medical personnel transferred the Plaintiff to a general hospital because the Plaintiff’s blood pressure was maintained and active sensives were relatively stable. However, around 15:23, the Defendant Hospital transferred the Plaintiff to the hospital. The nursing records prepared between the Plaintiff and the first hospital to the hospital room at around 16:50 were as follows.
