Punishment of the crime

A person who has no person to be supported, or who has no person to be supported, or is unable to be supported even if he/she has no person to be supported, and whose fixed amount of income is below the minimum living cost, including the amount of income of a de facto spouse, is a person entitled to receive benefits under the National Basic Livelihood Security Act, and no person shall receive benefits by fraud or other improper means

Although the Defendant reported the fact of change in his/her income, ability to work, and employment during the benefit period of basic livelihood, the Defendant did not report the occurrence of his/her wage and salary income from around August 2016 to around December 2017, but did not report it on September 13, 2016; KRW 490 on October 20, 2016; KRW 10,490 on October 18, 2016; KRW 10.385,00 on December 18, 2016; KRW 20.385,060 on December 20, 2016; KRW 10,000 on March 20, 2017; KRW 10,000 on September 15, 2017; KRW 20.385,06,00 on March 20, 2017; KRW 196,50 on May 20, 2017.

As a result, the defendant deceiving the viewing of Cheongju and acquired the property by fraud or other improper means at the same time.
